1.0 General
1.1.Grab N Deal trading as “GNK Internationals Limited” is an Incorporated New Zealand company, all “Grab N Deal” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.
1.2. “Grab N Deal” is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
 
2.0 Pricing
2.1. Prices displayed on “Grab N Deal” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders. 
Prices may be adjusted for any reason, and may vary at any time. 
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.
2.2 Shipping cost is a flat rate amount calculated at checkout.
 
3.0 Shipping
We use New Zealand Couriers for Shipping 
Shipping time frame:
North Island : 1 - 2 Working Days
if shipped on working days. If shipped on a Friday order should arrive by Monday.
South Island 2-3 working Days. 
 For rural deliveries please add 1 – 2 days on top of the above estimates.
 
4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods
4.1 Whenever possible, “Grab N Deal” will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. " Grab N Deal” will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Grab N Deal" Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Grab N Deal” in accordance with our returns policy.
 
5.0 Order Cancellation
5.1 Though ”Grab N Deal" will endeavor to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Grab N Deal” to supply. “Grab N Deal” reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Grab N Deal” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. 
5.2. In event of any cancelled order, direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Grab N Deal” website by email by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
 
6.0 Returns
6.1 “Grab N Deal” will only accept returns for the following: 
• Goods damaged prior to delivery 
• Goods with manufacturing faults 
• Goods supplied incorrectly 
• Goods that vary from their description on the “Grab N Deal” website
7.0 Warranty Policy
Grab N Deal warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.
If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution.
 
 
8.0 Submissions
7.1 Any submissions between Grab N Deal and any customer is to be treated as a submission to Grab N Deal. By making any submission to Grab N Deal you are granting Grab N Deal absolute use of the material, ideas, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to Grab N Deal. Grab N Deal is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.
 
9.0 Disclaimer
9.1 "Grab N Deal" provides this site on an as-is basis and makes no representations of any kind for the operation of the website, as well as for all information, products, materials and services as associated. To the extent of permissible law, we disclaim all warranties and representations.
9.2 "Grab N Deal" is not liable in any way for any damages arising from the use of this site. This limitation of liability applies to damages of any kind, including direct, indirect and incidental, loss of income, profit, data, property and claims by third parties. 
9.3 "Grab N Deal" makes no warranty that the site will meet your requirements. The site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors. The quality of products will meet or match your expectations any software issues will be rectified.
 
10.0 Color
10.1 "Grab N Deal" displays products in a variety of ways however colors displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colors in reality. Grab N Deal is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colors of the website not matching reality.

11.0 Modification of Terms of Use
11.1 "Grab N Deal" reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time without notice. "Grab N Deal" accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.
